Red 🛑 Day, no profits…
PSA: Includes whining on scalping the Q’s with #TheStrat today…
From my #SundaySwing list only $FB triggered today but gapped up quite a bit and I didn’t entered that play. Everything else did not trigger yet, was a mixed day.
Since nothing triggerd I got bored and forced trades… $QQQ was my chosen sacrifice on the 60, 30, 15 and 5min. I waited for the break above 394.54, to get in the 395c 0dte. It triggered the 60min to a 2-2 Bullish Reversal…
Got a fill on some contracts at .60 and it – as we always think, the market knews when we enter – dropped immeditiately back to 392.90. I got out at 393.90 but still that felt so wrong and stupid to me.
… and ended as a 2d-3d on the 60min 😢
I still don’t know why I didn’t follow my rules today and felt back to old habits and tried to scalp on the $QQQ and $SPY like months ago when I lost a good amount of my acct balance.
So this post is here to remind me, to – hopefully – learn from such stupid things in the future.

Weekend nearly over, it’s Sunday and therefore time for another #SundaySwing post here. As always, I’ll painted some charts of tickers from my - nearly - static watchlist as ideas to learn trading #TheStrat and understanding my thoughts as documentation of these for reviewing later.
TL;DR No recap today, because I didn’t traded. Long version: I knew that I will have a stressful day at work so I couldn’t have time to play 0dte contracts today, because I like my money and don’t hate it. I even didn’t set up any alerts or painted charts for my usually Friday Lotto 🎟️ list, to not start and try something out and then have no time to watch it.

The recap is a quick one today, because I had no time to trade, looked how my ideas I posted this morning worked today and being a bit sad. But just a little bit, because tomorrow is a new day and since there is always another trade, there will be another opportunity to make some money. Had some others on my radar but due to earnings of them this week, I’ll stay away. #TheStrat
Crazy day on some stocks especially at open and after hours, stayed away from it. Surprisingly din’t had FOMO on entering on any of that stocks, maybe I learned something the last few months 🤔. Small profits today, nothing really exciting, but no red day. $CVX 113p - 🎯 small profit 12% right at open, exited on the reversal 5min chart $TDOC 147p - 🎯 triggered and hit my projected target and bit more, decided to exit here.
A positive thing about the DST change from yesterday here in Central Europe is that I like the NYSE market hours a lot more next couple of weeks, saves me one full hour in the evening 😴
